Kelly Lawrence has spent more than 25 years solving the hardest growth problems in the room. At Fortune Brands' Moen, she grew a new market during the building industry's worst decade. At Berkshire Hathaway's Lubrizol, her team built a mid-eight-figure business during the analog-to-digital inflection in the print industry.
